Active Mindfulness Sessions

We facilitate active mindfulness sessions  in a quiet, private, non-religious, and non-judgmental environment. Our science-based techniques are facilitated by a certified facilitator and use a combination of sounds, silence, gestures, and gentle body movements to reduce stress, cultivate an awareness of "being in the present moment", and to detach and observe our thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging them good or bad.
